Shipping Guidelines

Currently we only ship orders within the United States and Canada. As mentioned previously, you must have both a U.S. or Canadian shipping address and credit card billing address. Due to the high value of your order, we will not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/AFO address because we require a signature upon delivery.


Orders destined for Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must be shipped via United Parcel Systems (UPS), 2nd day air, or overnight air.


International Shipping

We do not offer regular international shipping. Please contact us by e-mail at and we’ll see what is possible. We’ll do our best to find a way to accommodate you.


UPS Shipping

All Orijyn orders are shipped by UPS. When you order online, we contact UPS for a real-time courtesy quote based on the weight of the items to be shipped, the originating zip code, and your zip code. Because UPS generates the fee quote, the shipping rate is not negotiable.

We offer the following UPS shipping services for online orders:

  • UPS ground

  • UPS 2nd day air

  • UPS overnight


Shipping Confirmation

Certain Orijyn pieces require additional customization and therefore may require an additional 5 business days to ship (if it is in stock). If your order will be delayed, we will notify you via e-mail or phone with an estimated ship date.


** If you choose expedited shipping, your jewelry items may still take up to 5 days to process, however, we will make every effort to expedite your shipment.


If you order online, you will receive an e-mail once your order ships with your tracking information. You can usually track your package within 24 hours of receiving a shipment confirmation.


**Orijyn is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.


Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to California.


Jewelry Damaged During Shipping

We must be notified, within 48 hours of receipt of your item, if the item was damaged due to shipping. Jewelry damaged due to shipping will be replaced at no charge.
