Once you are done selecting your items and adding them to your online shopping bag, checking out is easy. If you have cookies enabled on your browser, you may always view the items you have added to your shopping bag by clicking "view shopping bag" on the menu bar at the top right corner of any page.
If you want to adjust the quantities in your shopping bag, change the number to the right of the item, and click "update" after all quantity adjustments have been made. If you want to remove an item, enter in 0 for the quantity of that item, and click the “update” button. When you are ready to purchase your items, go to your “my shopping bag” page, and click on the “purchase” button on the bottom right of the page. At this point, if you have not registered with us, you will need to fill out the required information fields to sign-up for a new account. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your e-mail address and the password that you created for the account.
After completing the checkout process, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order.
You must have both a shipping address and a credit card billing address within the United States to place an order. Due to the high value of your order, we do not ship to P.O. Box or to APO/FPO addresses.
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. The issuing bank of your credit card must be based in the United States.

We employ 128-bit secure sockets layer (ssl) technology that safely encrypts all of your private information when placing an order, and guarantees it is sent securely into our systems to be processed.
Please note that once an order is placed, we cannot make any modifications including cancellations.
Our 60-day return policy allows ample time to consider your purchase.
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your selection, you can return your merchandise in saleable condition within 60 days of the date of purchase with the original invoice. Please note that sale-able condition means that the item has not been damaged or altered and is in the original condition as you received it.
To return or exchange the item, simply follow the instructions on the invoice. Please e-mail us to request a return authorization number. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box, and send it back to us. Please use an insured service to return merchandise. We cannot issue store credit or exchange your purchase until we have actually received the merchandise and determine it is in saleable condition. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, we will gladly exchange it for store credit upon request or exchange it for another equally priced item, minus the shipping charges. We will not accept returns shipped COD.
